Adblock does not work on 11.3

Today I upgraded my iPad to iOS 11.3: Adblock does not work any more.

Hi,
Yes it’s not working for me either, the google sponsored ads are showing up in the search results even when I have turned all ads off. I am on iPhone running iOS 11.3.
Please fix.

It's really unstable in iOS 12, so I would discourage upgrading to that. I have not encountered in problems in any previous version though. Have you tried uninstalling the app and then downloading it again? Sometimes that straightens out issues that crop up after iOS upgrades.
EDIT: now I see the post was months ago.
