Whitelist tab says "You can add a domain either via the Adblock Plus icon in the address bar". How is that supposed to happen? All clicking seems to do is bring up the whole control panel. Right clicking adds/subtracts icon and manage (whole panel). Should there be a whitelist menu option on right click?

It should be like in ABP for chrome.
Go to the site you want whitelisting, left click ABP icon, click the first voice in that panel ("Enabled on this site")
