Cannot install no matter what!

Hello. I just cannot install AdBlock Plus into Edge. Win 10 Pro v1607 (14393.105) clean install. Tried both Power Shell tricks and made user Admin with no luck. No AdBlock Plus in Settings>System>Apps & features. Tried Settings>Update & security>For developers and changed to 'Windows Store apps'.
Just keep getting "Try again later...Something happened on our end."

Updated to Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.187) still same problem persists.
Doesn't anyone know how to fix this???

Did not post, but read the topics related to problems installing extensions for Edge. Tried all of them as most posts to resolve the issue are duplicated. Some worked some did not. For me, as I posted, none of the suggestions worked for me.
Same for Google.

I'm in UK and I don't even have a download button and the free button is greyed out.
And Yes I have reported this

Windows 10 Home v 1607 14393.321 64 bit.
I am in France with English UK, have changed to Eng US + location & still cannot d/load ABP-usual error message-try later.
Previously I used AB with Windows 8.1 with no problems whatsoever
