Can't add whilelist domains

When I try to add a whitelist domain the form just resets when I press the add button.
I can however untick the "disabled on this site" option from the context menu but that doesn't remain after I have closed the browser.

I did initially have an issue where I couldn't save a filter subscription, but following the instructions to remove and re-add Edge fixed that but it may be related.
