Custom filters not saving

Every time I restart my browser, I have to add my custom filter again. I'm using a filter line I found in the forums to block the videos that play in the empty yahoo mail inbox. I found a code that works to block it, but it disappears every time I restart my browser. So I have to add it again everyday, or more if I have to restart my browser during the day. This is for Edge. This is new though. It's mainly just started this week. Up until that, the filter was working fine daily. It's not a huge deal, but it's a bit annoying to have to add it again daily.
