Hi I hope you can help me get rid of this webpage.
click.adservinganalytics.com%2Fredirect.php%3FID%3D1322520261&h=2AQGYm1S0. It pops up in Microsoft Edge every 10 mins or so.

Provide the page where you get those popups / ads.

probably it's malware, see how to get rid of it:

You should follow the manual instructions.

However, scan your system for malware / adware using:
- malwarebytes antimalware (free version) ==> https://www.malwarebytes.org/
- adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
