Writing emails

I am not able to type my messages into email. I can type in who to, bcc and subject lines but not in body of email message area. What do I need to do?
@concordiabc Can you let us know which Mail service provider you are using? Does the issue persist when ABP is disabled? We'd be happy to look into this further.
