Adblock-MS-Edge-v2.2.0.0 install ?

Somehow I managed to download an AdBlock-MS-Edge-V2.2.0.0.ZIP. I can extract all, but cannot find any instructions (readme or other) that describes what to do with my extracted files? there is no install, setup, msi, exe or other... ?
Any instructions on how to use these lovely files to work with Edge would be appreciated. The reason for the download/zip (manual install) is b/c I'm behind a corporate FW that allows Edge install and use but blocks AdBlock - go figure.
