I just installed Ver 9.12.2237 on my second computer and both appear okay. Thanks for the fix.

I still got the bug.
Unistall ABP - Clear browsing data - Always cear data when i close the browser - unchecked - close Edge - open Edge - Install ABP Development - On installation i got the error - Close Edge - Open Edge - The error is there.
Using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with latest updates available for my Acer installed.
Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0
Microsoft EdgeHTML 17.17134
ABP Dev Build 0.9.14.2283
The error is persisting for a few months now. I'll check by in a few weeks to see if there is anything new.

It does still opens the info window, but i noticed adds are blocked when open sites.

Step 1. Uninstall Adblock Plus for Edge

After-that, Go to/ More/ Settings/ Clear browsing data/ Select what to clear. There is the option to uncheck cookies, etc. But, unchecking it does nothing.
