AdBlock Plus options page has no SAVE button. I can't exit!!

This feels A LOT like Ransomware.

Maybe that's why the AdBlock Plus page launches every time MS Edge Browser is opened.

I have the same problems.
Everytime starting Edge this first page is also opened.
Saving the options is not possible.
