Adblock Plus

I have downloaded adblockplus but no desktop icon or tool bar icon has been installed and I can only find adblockplus in the add or remove programs feature in windows 10 can any one help as adblock does not seem to be working I have tried to reinstall it without success

In Micorsoft Edge's extension preferences, be sure to select the option to "show next to address bar" for Adblock Plus.
