When I open Micro Edge this url opens up and even if I close it will still show up on my next time I open up of Micro Edge

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We apologize for the annoyance. We are aware that some users are having this issue. Unfortunately due to some Edge limitations, some ABP settings are cleared every time cookies are cleared on your browser.

We are working together with Microsoft to resolve this, please see https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/6621 for more details. 

In the meantime disabling cookie autodeletion on Edge is the best workaround. You can stop autodeletion of cookies by taking the steps below:

- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Select More (...) to open the menu and click on Settings
- uncheck the box next to “cookies and saved website data”
