APB in Edge is blocking built-in "Add Notes" ability?

Seems to be a bug cannot find any mention of it in this forum. With Adblock Plus turned on, the built-in Edge browser ability to clip capture take written notes (pen and ink icon on toolbar top right) is blocked BROKEN. With ABP turned off it works. Need a fix for this please.
