it has worked fine until today. On FB playing Words With Friends, now ads popping up the cookie notice banner across top of screen and adblocker not working and game not working well either I have cleared cachet? often still in-op

It does not seem to work for me either. I browse around different sites, like cnn.com, fox news.com, etc and there are always ads at the top of the page.
I unchecked the ALLOW ACCEPTABLE ADS options since I don't want ANY ads, period. But they keep showing no matter what.
