Same problem with Mozilla Firefox... Adblock Plus keeps reinstalling on every start-up and does not remember settings

Same issue here, been happening for awhile.
Reinstall of Firefox and ABP did not help.

I just got notified by my brother in law that ABP was doing this on his firefox - lots of tabs, closing them all out and restarting firefox and it spawns a new one again.

I just started getting that same behaviour on Firefox 76.0.1. Damn annoying! I note the dates on this thread start around four months ago for Edge. Is there a fix yet?
