Installtion Message

I have had Adblock Plus for quite some time - Version 0.9.14. I have Windows 10 and use Microsoft Edge as my browser. Recently, every time I open any app I get a screen that says that my Adblock Plus installation was successful. This is getting very annoying and I do not know how to get rid of it. Please help me. Thank you!
