MyCloud click based ads on 9anime

On the 9anime site, when watching a video streamed from MyCloud, it appears that they overlay the video with a click based ad that uses random domain names. These ads then open a new tab and display a full screen ad. (I actually don't mind advertising, but it means if you simply try to adjust the volume or pause the video, you are redirected to another site).
I found another comment about 9anime blocking and tried the below custom filter, but it did not seem to work:
