ABP for Samsung does not load custom blocking list

I wanted to Add my cookie warnings blocking list, the same I am using in ABP on Chrome for PC but it never loads UP. I have set to update "always" (not only on WiFi), tried to update manually, restarted app, browser, the whole phone but cannot get it to work.
