Suggestion: Provide the option to disable Adblock by default

Hi,
I am OK with Ads on most websites, and want to support the websites that I like by allowing them to show ads. My main reason for installing Adblock is that on some websites, the ads are so annoying that I just want to block that single website (or maybe just a hand full). In the Adblock menu, there are three options:
1) Disable on whateverdomain.com (The current website)
2) Disable on this page only
3) Disable everywhere
With this system, if I want to only block ads on 1 specific site, I'd have to surf the entire web to disable it everywhere (except on the 1 site that I want to keep blocking). It seems kind of logical to provide the user the option to have Adblock disabled by default, and then enabled for a specific site when the ads are just too annoying.
What do you think?
