Feature request: Editing filters

A great feature would be: Using double click on a filter in the list of blocked elements leads to window for editing.

It might be better to bring up a dialog for adding an exception rule to the custom filters, because ABP can't edit the filters in subscriptions; your idea would work well for custom filters, however.

Inconsistency in behaviour will make it rather useless. So, I think it should trigger only edit/locate filter feature. It's not possible to edit filter in the subscription but it's still possible to disable and copy it to be able to edit it in the user filters.
