I think it would be helpful for to have an option inside ABP to allow all sites but the ones we add to filter list.

I have just a few sites where I want the ads blocked, so instead of whitelisting most sites, I will rather blacklist few, this will make ABP appeal to a wider user base wider.
if that makes sense I will go one step further, to only block ads/elements that I manually blocked (of course an optional feature)
