[Done] EHH: Horizontal scrolling in node list

Hello,
i'm using an eeepc with a small screen. With the element hiding helper tool in advanced view, the further down the nesting divisions one goes, the harder it gets to see things.

SUGGESTED SOLUTION: Please allow us to horizontally scroll in this middle column of the window.

Originally, the problem was that Firefox didn't support horizontal scrolling for trees. Supposedly, that changed in Firefox 3. I need to check whether it works and whether we can use it without breaking Firefox 2.

Edit: Yes, it works. However, in Firefox 2 the result is pretty broken. Will try to work around that.

Fixed: http://hg.mozdev.org/adblockplus/rev/35d3ae5b92e5 (will be in next Element Hiding Helper release)

Had to add an ugly hack to make sure nothing changes for Firefox 2 - but I will hopefully be able to drop support for it soon.
