[Done] Sort by slow filters

I would like to see the ability to sort filters by weather they are slow filters or not. Maybe the "
!" symbol that appears need to be in it's own column or something

Note that this isn't the stable branch - meaning that it won't be in any further 1.0.x releases (currently none are planned, will only release 1.0.3 if there is an emergency again).
