Google Analytics supports the use of URL params like "?utm_x=y" for campaign tracking. These URLs are unsightly, especially when sharing URLs with other people.
I propose adding an option to ABP that rewrites all URLs on a page to remove these URL params. It would also be nice to remove UTM params from the URL of the current page, in case the user opens a URL from another source, e.g. clicks on a UTM URL in an email program.
