Clear ads blocked

Ive been recieving heavy lag lately due to adblock having blocked too many ads and I have an idea a button that allows you to clear the amount of ads blocked I mean it's to restore performance man. I know there's a counter but thing is though it's getting annoying having to wait for something to load my ads blocked total is currently in the 5000's. I want a button that resets the counter so I can play things at a normal rate again.
