[feature request] Collect and process user added filters

Hello!

I think it would be nice if Adblock sends (anonymously) user added filters on some server.
The server could group the data, delete rares, and send the lists to some ad-list creators for adding to their official lists.
Or it could be a button/menu item in user-defined Adblock list to send the selected definition to the selected list creator.
