"You are blocking us" - the next round

More and more sites are fighting back, telling me "You are blocking us" - sometimes in a banner, but sometimes the message is as big as the page itself.
That's quite annoying, not only telling the obvious - yes, I do and I love it - but also obscuring the page I'd like to visit.
Of course, I can click it away, but it's still anoying.
I'd rather see Adblock blocks the message itself. I guess that's not possible right now, but I hope it is in the near future.

you can still report those sites and someone will find a fix. There are no general solutions.
