100ms + to dom content loaded

Hello. First of all thank you for your work.

Not sure if it possible for you to solve this.

For localhost with an empty index page (like only <html> and <body>) adblock(white-listed localhost) adds to dom content loaded time 100 ms.
I turned off all plugins beside adblock. Adblock Plus version 1.11, chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit), ubuntu 16.04 LTS
