Filter to limit number of ads in a page

Hi there,
I want to support some websites that use ads, but it is kind a norm (at least here in brazil), a certain abuse of number of ads in a page. I think that would be fair to allow some reasonable number of ads in a page (which i think would prevent some adblocker detection to work).
Other idea might be to one be able to choose which ads position to not be blocked
I am willing to do it, or to help it if something in this direction is been made.
