Since everyone loves to have my opinion, I don't have Adblock Plus installed at the moment and don't plan on installing it (I'm doing fine without it), but from the screenshots, the latest icons look very nice to me. I dunno how well they fit in with the Firefox 2 theme, and they'll need to.

I have a suggestion:
Since I do not like the crossed stop sign much, I have a idea, how it could be changed. And it would be more consisten with other extensions/programs.
I simply replaced the deaktivated icon by the grey one (which in windows mostly means deaktivated). And the defunct icon as been altered; I have added a alert sign, to show that something is wrong (windows and firefox use a yellow alert icon; for this test I borrowed the icon from http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Icon_Gallery ).
Active, inaktive, defunct, whitelisted:
(this is only a draft, the smaller icons sould be better of course)
