why does each browser have it own pattern database
it true i want want it block in ie but not in firefox

should the database be centralize with a option to block or use with install browser

The only way I can think of to have that work is to hook with some online service, because I know there's no way to have a Chrome or New Firefox extension store its data in such a way that it can be used by another browser without some sort of export-import process.
