Scroll bars and blocked elements.

A function to enable the scroll bar on a page without having to use tamper/greesemonkey would be nice.
When blocking many pop ups and adblock blockers they remove the scroll bar. On 99% of these websites you can block the element and still read the websites. On 30% of these sites they remove the scroll bar so even when the element is gone you cant scroll. You have to use a third party app to enable the scroll bar again. It would be nice to have this feature in adblock plus. It would enable users to bypass elements preventing normal read because of your app.
