Of course not. If something is blocked then there will be no connection to the server hosting it. Without a connection - no headers. As I said much further up, this feature is there to complement the current EasyPrivacy functionality, not to replace it.

The filter syntax has not changed, but the header that is actually sent has been altered.

As Michael said the filter syntax has not changed, but the header that is sent to websites.
