Adblock Plus

Is there an effective and definitive way to block those? I tried to google for that but no answer was able to provide solution, after few refreshes there they are again.

What exactly are you trying to block?

Exactly what title says. When you start watching some music videos, youtube starts creating those automatic playlists (Youtube Mixes), and if you're not in to music but like let's say science and start watching a bunch of science videos, it starts posting some stories on the feed (Youtube Posts).
I already pasted https://www.youtube.com/mixes on my blocklist same thing with posts, but somehow they keep coming and is driving me crazy.
