Could the state of the "accept third-party cookies" pref in Firefox settings be indicated in the "configuration" field in issue reports?
I recently had an e-mail conversation where the user had this pref deactivated which caused a video to break. It took some e-mails until the culprit was found. This should speed up resolving issues in some cases.
