the two should change their positions, its just causing unnecessary confusion.
since the mods and admins dont post as guests, they probably missed that for ages but the lines are definitely mixed up
(the username line has almost triple the size of the subject line and is placed above it, despite the top line being the subject line in pretty much every other forum ever)

this has been going on for years and should really be fixed
