Regarding https://easylist.adblockplus.org/en/development:

- The instructions say to run "generate_subscriptions.pl", however no such file exists in the repository.

- It would be helpful if there were a link to the filter file format (en/filters)

- It would be helpful if there were [more] detailed instructions on how to submit a patch. (e.g. http://code.google.com/p/rawtherapee/wi ... urialHowto).
