200 should be translateable for Chinenes language

In the main page,200 in the"over 200 miliion downloads" can not be translated. There is no direct translation string for 200 milion in Chinese,we can only translated it into "200" following with 0000000. Actually, we'd better translate it into 20亿。Please make "200" translateable if you can.
