Indeed, in the current navigation setup you would go to "Documentation" (under Resources, leftmost footer column), then Advanced Documentation, then Known Adblock Plus Subscriptions; maybe it's better to make the link to SubscriptionList more prominent.
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
