Update to phpbb plus something else

Hi, i wanted to say that chinese dudes are spamming opera's sub-forum, i also noticed there are other problems:
1 - there is no button to report to moderator or link where we can click to report.
2 - from what is written in the bottom it seems phpbb wasnt updated for a long time, it's 3.2 now and it has anti-spam tools that maybe can prevent this situation: https://www.phpbb.com/
3 - we dont have an option to stay logged after we leave the forum, we have to write nick and password again and again....
