Selling AdBlock Plus?

Hello,
I was wondering if AdBlock Plus has made any partnerships or authorized any tech support companies to sell your extension. I am aware that it's supposed to be an open source browser plugin; however, this company which I've linked below is selling your plugin for $70 per 3 months.
If they were not authorized, isn't this illegal?
