Adblock Plus

Adblock Plus 1.3 changelog is done and can be translated: en/changelog-1.3
I am not creating translations for it myself because for some languages changelogs are not translated.

I accept that this is probably a little late, but "Suggestions now longer distinguish between protocols" should read "Suggestions no longer distinguish between protocols".

Fixed (you could have used "translate" function as well )
