Unable to log into forums as myself

Normally, my user name is "Will Pittenger". However, lately, it has been telling me that my login attempts have been used up. It wants me to enter a confirmation code I can't see. I have checked to see if it is being blocked by ABP somehow. But it claims adblockplus.org is whitelisted and there is nothing hidden. I also have NoScript set to allow all scripts.

Maybe resetting your password will help

No, you cannot see the image because the forum fails to generate this image. I disabled the restriction of login attempts, you should be able to log in again now.
