Conflict with LastPass Add-on?

Been having issues with LastPass add-on not working properly. After days of back and forth with their techs they are telling the culprit is Adblock Plus. They say "I suggest you try to disable the Adblock plus and Do not track me add-on because these kind of add-on tends to wipe out cache and cookies which is needed by lastpass to function." Is this true/possible?

Did you already test the various combinations ? (lastpass + ABP + donottrack disabled, lastpass + donottrack + ABP disabled)

and ...which is the issue with lastpass ? is it for all the sites/pages or only for some specific ones ?

I just signed up with an account and tested it with one site and I couldn't encounter any issues.

Please provide some steps to reproduce this issue.
