Persistent---ANNOYING - "Alert"

Everytime I change webpages I get a popup "alert"

"Your Adblock Filters have been updated to
Filterset.G version ><title> Yah"

what is THAT all about
and how do i get rid of it.

I tried to not enable Adblock; that didn't work
I tried to uninstall Adblock; which happened

BUT i still get that annoying alert.

Please advise

That sounds like the "Adblock Filterset.G Autoupdater" that has been causing G a lot of grief lately, see:
