Like so many of us, my ABP stopped working without warning. It would run but it wouldn't accept my proxy settings.

What I did to solve this was I uninstalled the Samsung Security Policy Update through the Google Play store. The moment I did that, ABP started working again. Hopefully this will solve the issue for some of you as well.

ABP stopped working for me a few days ago. It would say ads were allowed on wifi connection, nothing I did fixed it so I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. After reinstalling the app I had the notification "waiting for traffic on port 2020" even though the proxy settings were unchanged (localhost port 2020). I uninstalled the Samsung Security Policy Update then reset my phone and now ads are being blocked. Thank you!

Glad it worked for you too. Being without ABP gave me a sick feeling in my stomach. XD
