AdBlock does not work in my Samsung Galaxy S6

I downloaded adblock Plus on my samsung Galaxy S6, installed and did the manual proxy settings with localhost and 2020 and the ads are still everywhere in my apps. Does anyone know what the problem might be?ed

It also says that the ads are being block on the wifi connection but the ads still pop up on all my apps. :/

Thanks, Im trying to unistall the samsung security policy update but I dont see the option to unistall :/

What I did to solve this was I uninstalled the Samsung Security Policy Update through the Google Play store

I did reaad the link you posted but they say that the adblocker worked after the unistalled the samsung securityfrom google play but I dont know how to unistall :/

Sorry this is getting frustrated I went to the google play website on my computer and found the app but again I have no option to unistall it I dont know what else to do, btw my phone is not rooted.

The samsung security policy update is nowhere to be found in my apps I cant uninstall it or disable it. this sucks thanks for all your help. or if you know something else let me know
