(NSFW) - equestriaafterdark

Post by Nova25 »

Several rather large and obtrusive red blocks, actually hiding elements of the page... and I can't figure out how to remove them : http://equestriaafterdark.org/

And, while we are at it, is there a ''standard formula'' for removing them or is it custom-made each time ?

If I add the line : @@||equestriaafterdark.org^$generichide
It become 'red', no checkbox, and a message 'Unknown option generichide' ?

...what..? What does 'that' even mean ? This is very confusing ?

Please, explain to me what that fantastically random line was all about ?
And here, I do want to precise that I'm not being sarcastic. I genuinely don't understand why 'you' just said 'that' to me.

it means ABP supports $generichide feature/keyword. What adblocker (version) are you using ?

I'm on the latest version of Palemoon and Adblock, so... Adblock Latitude 3.0.3.1 (which should be almost the same thing as the ''Firefox version'').
Everything on one usually works on the other.

now you understood ... just ask to the guys which maintain Adblock Latitude 3.0.3.1 to support $genericblock / generichide

In this case try using $elemhide instead of $generichide
