This took a while to figure out. Yahoo has a massive amount of ads and it was tricky to clear out all the garbage without blocking stuff you want to see. This has cleared everything for me without blocking wanted content and now the page loads MUCH faster.
Let me know if you like it and tell me if there are any problems with unwanted content or content that was wrongly blocked.

hmmmm....
As far as I understand, the us.f543. entry is referencing a server.larrymcg wrote:"us.f543.mail.yahoo.com" doesn't seem to be involved.

For example, I have access to 3 Yahoo! Mail accounts.
One account uses:
http://us.f309.mail.yahoo.com/*
Another uses:
http://us.f431.mail.yahoo.com/*
Another uses:
http://us.f588.mail.yahoo.com/*
and lastly:
http://us.f590.mail.yahoo.com/*
All of these accounts are using "Classic" - but I'm sure the servers used would be the same if I were to switch to Beta.
The thing that stinks about Yahoo, is they host"good" and bad images on the same server, so you end up with some crazy spaghetti rules
