Requesting update for firefox 57 - Element Hiding Helper

Element Hiding Helper for ABP was a pretty useful tool, and I'd like to have it in Firefox57 as well. ABP devs, please consider updating this handy tool for Firefox57.

probably EHH wont be rewrite for the new FF standard (the devs cannot do the same things in the new mozilla framework) but the current "block element" (click ABP icon, "block element", select on screen...) will be improved
